These terms apply when you browse or buy from kevinmageearts.com, a store run by Kevin Magee (Kevin Magee Arts) in Mississippi, USA. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

Original paintings are one of a kind. Each is described with its medium, size, and year, and photographed as accurately as I can, but colors may look slightly different on your screen.

Fine art prints are reproductions of my paintings, printed to order by my print partner. Prints are not signed or numbered unless the listing says so.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. I may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. If a listing has an obvious pricing error, I may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and availability

Because each original is one of a kind, if two people buy the same painting at nearly the same time, the first completed order gets it and any later order is refunded in full.

All artwork, images, and text on this site belong to Kevin Magee. Buying an original or a print gives you ownership of that physical object, not the copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell images of the artwork without my written permission.
